We deliberately do not ask you to upload medical reports or detailed medical history through this website.
How it is used
The information you provide is used only to contact you about your appointment request and to organise your consultation. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing.
Analytics
This website does not send the contents of form submissions to analytics or advertising systems.
Data storage & security
Enquiry information is stored on secured servers with access restricted to clinic administration. Form submissions are validated and sanitised server-side, and submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
Your choices
You may request that your enquiry information be deleted by contacting the clinic using the details on the Contact page.
Sensitive information
Please do not enter highly sensitive medical information into website forms. Detailed medical discussion belongs in a consultation, where it is protected appropriately.
